Purchasing Operations Responsible

• Engineering degree,
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience,
• Excellent command of verbal and written English,
• Team player and self-motivated,
• Good problem solving skills,
• Resident in Bursa.

İŞ TANIMI

• Be the representative of the SCM function in the plant.
• Lead / manage Site Purchasing organisation. Set and control individual targets through metrics and My Core. Ensure that site is using standardized processes and tools in line with Corporate purchasing policies / procedures (EOS) and internal control regulations.Perform controls according to SOX requirements
• Supervise  Country Functional and Material Budget; understanding Spending and the deviations, leading activity to reach the Plant target( Country Material & Freight Budget, M%S, Forecast)
• Identify and lead localization initiatives in line with Category managers strategy.
• Monitor & Lead Material Performance results for the plant/country and, in case of GAPs, drive action plans definition and implementation, with the activity owner.
• Ensure Material Cost Improvement initiatives are booked on time in DMF
• Work closely with finance and plant management and ensure full allignment in the material performance results.
• Work closely with Project Teams to ensure flawless launches of a New business /MYC in terms of ordering conditions and parts availability.
• Be the contact of choice and problem solver for Operation and Plant Management. Support operations e.g. Materials and Production Control (MPC) in case of major supply chain conflicts,
• Show active involvement to close cost recoveries. Ensure we have solid facts and figures collected to support successfull supplier negotiation process
• Validate purchasing orders and sign/approve local sourcing, purchase orders, contracts according to valid approval matrix
• Drive and manage the sourcing process for Aftermarket components
• Manage commercial and business relation with IGS(Integrated Supplier) connected to Country in corporation with IGS Category Team, including price negotiation, sourcing and contract update ( if applicable)
