• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,

• Designing and implementing Functional and Competency Trainings, for Technical and Support functions,
• Preparing career development roadmaps and programmes for emerging competencies responding to new trends,
• Designing functional trainings – commercial and support functions - programs aligned with company strategies, goals and career development roadmaps,
• Monitoring new training technologies and integrating these technologies into processes,
• Supporting activities included in the training and communication agenda,
• To manage performance assessment processes.
