Qualifications;
- University degree preferably in business administration or equivalent
- Qualification in Marketing (minimum degree-level)
- Fluent in English; 2nd language a benefit
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of time
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a category / product / trade marketing role, preferably in the Automotive Industry
- Previous exposure to, and understanding of, the usage of key economic indicators, financial drivers & business metrics to generate strategies and produce positive results
- Experience of working in a marketing environment in a multi-country role with a strong focus on customer interaction and engagement
- Demonstrable experience and capability in turning trends, data and insights into marketing strategies, tactics and creative messaging to address market and customer needs
- Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of digital marketing and sales enablement solutions, and how they can be utilised to deliver overall success
- Have keen problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on complex challenges, and see through to resolution – never give up!
- Excellent communication skills – able to effectively convey a vision, and build strong and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ready to work in a challenging and fast moving environment.
- Customer oriented, analytical minded, attentive to details, adaptive to multinational culture and believes in team working
- Demonstrates strong planning and organization skills and ability to execute plans

Job Description;
Market analysis;
- Customer insight and research - be the expert on the customer: who they are, how they buy, key buying criteria
- Understand the competitive and market landscape - be the expert on our competition and how they are positioned
- Understand all key market and channel trends and define appropriate penetration strategies to reach end user ensuring high-quality customer journey
Go-To-Market strategy;
- Create and own the customer-centric go-to-market strategy for the category
- Define appropriate segmentation, targeting and positioning plans
- Define range policy and coverage needs based on market indicators
- Lead market launches of new products, ensuring customer shelf-space wins
- Plan and implement appropriate marketing tactics through the product lifecycle
Category communication plan
- Define key messaging to differentiate products / services from others in the market
- Define and lead implementation of category communications and content marketing plans in conjunction with marcomms team
- Define and lead appropriate category support material and sales enablement concepts in conjunction with marcomms team
Financial and market-share growth;
- Implementation of the tactics to achieve revenue and profitability results and market share growth for the category
- Understand key financial & economic indicators to drive appropriate strategies
- Define and own the category commercial policy & price strategy
- Implement appropriate sales enablement activities to drive demand, adoption, share-of-wallet gain, and overall success
Continuous improvement;
- Be the category Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing sales enabling training and knowledge transfer to customer-facing teams
- Be a marketing leader for process development and implementation
