Qualifications/Requirements 

•        Bachelors’ degree in Science or Engineering

•        Min. 2 years working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics

•        Proficient knowledge on MS Excel and PowerPoint 

•        Excellent command of English is required,

•        Knowledge of SAP is a plus

•        Good administration & organizing skills

•        Requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

•        Analytical skills 

•        Must have good problem solving skills, work independently, stress resistant, be a team player, able to work in a fast moving environment and have a friendly, helpful personality.

Job Description

•        Material management: maintain material master data, set up new product, maintain price etc. 

•        Demand management: forecast analysis/review, safety stock review, monitor/maintain stock level etc. 

•        Supply planning: issue purchase order, update delivery date, monitor inbound schedule, prepare import document, monitor vendor performance, resolve customs issue etc.

•        Warehouse management: management of 3PL operations.

•        Other: support customers’ inquiries (availabilities, product information etc.), maintain vendor data. Communicates on a professional level with factory and 3rd party suppliers to ensure timely delivery, quality and cost of procurement.

•        Is considered central focus point for information regarding inventory and delivery of products

•        Works pro-actively across other departments (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) and act as catalyst to maximize backlog conversion.

•        Managing all customs procedures for different product groups and overseas shipments from different locations.
