Responsibilities

• To provide and improve the quality assurance of the parts and products produced with the relevant standards and technical specifications,
• To ensure that SPQM (Standard Plant Quality Management) processes are implemented efficiently,
• To contribute implementation and update of quality core tools such as process workflow, Pfmea and control plan used in serial production,
• To manage sampling controls according to the prepared control plans,to share the non-conformity feedbacks with the relevant departments and provide preventive action follow-up,
• To provide SPC (Statistical process control) management in inhouse manufacturing processes,
• To follow the first time true (RTY) rates on the assembly lines and coordinate with the relevant departments for corrective&preventive actions

Competencies

• To graduate from the relevant departments of universities (Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Materials Engineering),
• Min. 2 years of experience,
• To have a good level of English,
• Having good knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA quality core tools, having a good command of 8D problem solving techniques (Fishbone-5 Cause-Priority Matrix etc.),
• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and preferably Minitab,
• To have high communication, team harmony and leadership skills.
