QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent. Engineering is a plus,
  • +8 years experience, (+5 years PM experience and B2B experience) solid managerial experience in team management,
  • Strong management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels,
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills to back up assumptions, and recommendations and drive actions,
  • Working with cross-functional teams to resolve product issues, be an innovative problem solver,
  • Having good knowledge of commercial activities in the field,
  • Good knowledge of heating appliances, controls, or renewable products, and ideally with product management or portfolio management,
  • Having good knowledge of legislative influencers within the TR market,
  • Having good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations/laws,
  • Result-oriented, Time Management,
  • Advanced level of English skills, written and verbal.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Provide the strategic direction to allow price and product strategies to be proposed, developed, and implemented which ensures a strategic fit with company objectives, brand image, and achievement of business plan in terms of price positioning targets, product segmentation, margins, sales volumes, and which reflect the value of product features in the market place,
  • The full responsibility for P&L management, volume management, market strategy development and execution, product pricing/positioning strategy development, defining KPIs for product campaigns, and analyzing ROI at the campaign ends. Lead all product-related projects/campaigns as E2E process,
  • Steering strategies for increasing sales and market share by interpreting sales performance data. Proactive sales steering on the regional, individual, customer, and product-specific level based on current business figures, targets, budgets, and forecasts. Constantly development of channel development,
  • Define a product and system strategy derived from customer needs in line with the local strategy of the subsidiaries. Align the strategy with the product portfolio and the different Group strategies,
  • Manage the product roadmap and ensure correct alignment with VGTR Strategy to allow achievement of business plan objectives. Lead and manage strategic projects to ensure completion and delivery are on time, on budget, and in full to agreed targets,
  • All new products are successfully launched on time and in full, ensuring that all internal/external stakeholders and customers receive timely and accurate communication and all relevant product information.
