DRAMAX is a new generation subscription based streaming service startup with the aim of distributing local Turkish content globally with multi language subtitle and dubbing options as well as servicing global attractive short and long form content. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. Working closely with our product and legal team, you would be central to bringing the best content to our subscribers.

Our Content Acquisitions and Provisioning Specialist will be responsible for:

• Defining the strategy for an exciting new age SVOD platform from Turkey but targeting international consumers with multi language dubbing and subtitle support.

• Creating and maintaining relationships with rights holders ranging from local distributors, online content creators, filmmakers and producers but also international sales agents to secure library deals and earlier windows licensing opportunities
• Sourcing, negotiating, and drafting license deals for library titles and platform exclusives
• Participating in the overall local and global content acquisition effort and workflow while constantly improving methodology and tool efficiency.
• Managing content provisioning by working closely with our Legal team for content licensing rights and distribution rights in each country
• Onboarding new partners on DRAMAX’s content delivery process, coordinating with the Encoding team
• Managing contract administration and maintenance through DRAMAX’s dedicated content management system

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

The Content Acquisitions & Provisioning Specialist needs to be passionate about local and global tv series, movies, new age user generated online contents & podcasts with a good understanding of the digital distribution landscape with at least 3 years of experience doing digital acquisitions or sales. Familiarity with local and global content creators is required, and strong content knowledge—domestic and international, past and present—is desired. Experience in dealing with rights owners in LATAM and MENA regions is a plus. Excellent communication skills are essential in order to coordinate content deals globally.
