Roles and Responsıbılıtıes

• Work with relevant teams to build and generate tailored business and financial models
• Manage and develop budgets / feasibility studies of new / existing projects and report on actual results against targets, provide analysis of variances, assist in guidance on future trends and present findings to finance and management teams.
• Support and challenge internal teams during forecast/planning cycles of new and existing projects with responsibility for forecast accuracy
• Conduct relevant market research and analysis to identify and evaluate new growth opportunities and investment alternatives
• Deliver relevant analyses and presentations for the top management to facilitate strategic decisions and implementation
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deploy strategic projects and to drive efficiency in processes
• Perform a detailed research and analysis of potential partners to identify new collaboration and integration areas
• Help identify relevant metrics and milestones for projects and generate reports on progress updates by keeping track of those metrics and milestones
• Perform quantitative analysis of potential deals

Basıc Qualıfıcatıons

• 5+ years of results-oriented work experience in a strategic planning, business development, management consulting, M&A or corporate finance role
• Prior experience in Media Sector and / or at Big4 Audit/Consulting firm preferred.
• Advanced level of Excel knowledge to work with complex datasets,
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Having a clear understanding of the dynamics, different business models and structures
• Strong familiarity with financial modeling and valuation. 
• Ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships between team members, departments and partners
• Ability to understand and analyze complex datasets and models
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, advanced level of MS Power Point knowledge.
• Having a problem-solving approach with the ability to bring and associate ideas from different industries to come up with innovative products and services .
