Oualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience. (At least 3 years web releated project experience) 
• Strong analytical and demonstration skills to solve problems in creative ways.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to work and contribute effectively in teams.
• Supports and resolves programming problems and incidents, if necessary provides on call or face to face support. 
• Working with partners to develop solutions. 
• Responsible for coding, testing, and deployment of projects. 
• Does not need to discover world again for logging, caching etc. functions. 

Tecnical Requirements 

• Strong OOP experience and knowledge of design patterns.
• Experience in .Net Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Experience in Dapper, Entity Framework or/and other ORM frameworks.
• Experience in some of the NoSql technologies such as Redis, MongoDB, ElasticSearch.
• Experience in some of the MQ technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka.
• Experience and good understanding concept of distributed, dynamic and static cache.
• Experience in database design, implementation, programming and tuning.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, unit testing, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Experience in using source control systems such as Git etc.
• Experience in project tracking applications such as Jira etc.

Extra Desired Skills 

• Experience in some of the RDBMS technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Hands-on experience in tools such as Bitbucket, TeamCity, Octopus
