Sales Support Engineer

• has a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• is fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• preferably has two years of experience in selling chemical products
• has driver’s license and at least three years of driving experience
• is eligible to travel (both nationally and internationally)
• is able to work with flexible and intensive schedules, disciplined, self-motivated
• is enthusiastic to cope with the growth targets and team work
• has completed their military service (for male candidates)
• is living in Asian side (Ataşehir) of Istanbul  

  Job Description:

• Support sales team to keep steady communication with existing and potential customers for technical introductions and sales of products
• Prepare price quotations, request and organize the samples needed by customers, and manage the samples stocks
• Do market research to identify potential customers for products, communicate with the customers to introduce our products, support the sales team for sales and order activities
• Follow the updates on the market closely, report market conditions to management and suggest actions to be taken to cope with the changing conditions
• Support stock management for the assigned products
• Follow up on the payment terms for the assigned customer base and keep close communication to ensure on time payments
• Ensure flawless communication with the line manager for daily updates and reports
