For our plant in Gebze we are searching for new ambitious candidates:

• Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Engineering, 
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive industry or at a relevant position in production environment, 
• Knowledge in injection molding production process,
• Fluency in both spoken and written English,
• Demonstrates problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
• Strong communication skills, ability to work cooperatively with a sense of ownership
• Qualified knowledge and practical experience in MS-Office applications,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residence in İstanbul Anatolian side or Kocaeli - Gebze.

Job Description;

• Supervise & motivate manufacturing team members, follow-up of productivity,
• Execute workplace organization, standardization of work, process & workflow,      improvements, update visual management,
• Participate in continuous improvement activities, carrying out necessary studies to ensure efficiency, elimination of waste and scraps,
• Reporting daily production plan, productivity & bottleneck analyses and other KPI’s
• Analysis & identify workplace requirements in line with company vision,
• Ensuring the application of occupational health and safety standards.
