QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Has highly people management and problem-solving skills,
Has experience in both leading and motivating large teams of people,
Has effective communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Turkish,
Has active listening and positive delegation skills, Has professionalism and organisational capabilities,
Is people oriented, accountable, collaborator,
Is able to manage change to ensure a positive outcome,
Is solutions focused.
Responsibilities of this role shall include to;
Manage the team according to given directions,
Planning and directing the workload of the clinic and individuals,
Ensure the communication between the team members and the senior management is effective,
Foreseeing any operational or personnel issues and escalating to the appropriate personnel,
Represent the company to patients and solve the facing problems,
Provide suggestions to prevent the company from potential issues.
