We are looking for an experienced and savvy Recruitment Manager to support our company management on recruitment for existing sites and new openings all across the country as well as to design and oversee our company’s hiring under the HR Department.

We have an expanding team currently based in Antalya & Fethiye and are growing over other cities and regions that have a constant need to recruit the best talent. This is a new role in our company as a full time position requiring highly flexible working hours and travelling needs. Our head office is in Antalya and the company plans to strenghten and/or open up its sites in various parts of Turkey. The role will split between both field and head office.

Responsibilities of this role shall include to;

Design and update recruiting procedures involving job adverts, applications and onboarding processes

Implement new sourcing methods such as social media recruiting

Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for our company needs based on reasonable evaluation criteria

Research and choose the most appropriate interviewing techniques

Recommend ways to improve our employer brand

Coordinate with department directors to forecast future hiring needs

Stay up-to-date on Turkish labor legislation and immediately inform the wider management about changes in laws and regulations

Research and apply for İŞKUR incentives and other types of government grants or financial support to lower down the labor cost

Construct a viable organisation chart and keep it updated based on the changes in each department or unit of the business

Qualifications

Basic Requirements are;

Advanced level of English proficiency (verbal and written)

Minimum 2 years of proven work experience as an HR Manager, Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator in medium or large sized organisations

Extensive knowledge of Turkish labor legislation

Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation

Familiarity with social media and other professional networks

Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

Strong decision-making skills

Experience in a wide range of recruitment techniques is essential.

You need to enjoy what you do, fit into a close and proactive team, have a calm head and be able to plan ahead.

You will also be setting targets about HR planning & managing, performance management and directing new business activities.

You will report directly to the Directors and attend regular meetings.
