How You'll Contribute:

The Patient Coordinator is responsible for:

Responding to patients' curiosity,

To create and publish knowledge for all situations,

The places to visit in Turkey to adjust appropriately to patients,

To inform the managerial staff about all situations,

Setting dates and venues for meetings,

Ensuring that the patient's documents are prepared completely,

To inform the patient about all the procedures to be done,

Keeping a report at the end of the day,

To carry out the necessary studies to increase brand prestige with social media platforms,

Always in contact with online or offline local media tools,

To provide satisfactory answers to the questions customers are curious about the facility or the whole process,

Providing communication between the patient and the healthcare worker,

Communicating with healthcare personnel for the ongoing treatment process,

To participate in training, to be dynamic and to undertake everything necessary to further improve oneself.

 

The skills and education we need are:

Perfect both oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

The applicants who have scored a minimum of 65 on YDS by ÖSYM exam will have primacy.

Minimum one year of earlier experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology.

Ability to work under harsh conditions and being part of a crew.

Strong notice on every detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and a high degree of comfort with computer applications, precision, and speed with data entry is required
