Senior Software Business Analyst

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Industrial / Computer / Mathematical Engineering, MIS (Management Information Systems)
- 5+ years of prior project management, or business analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency using the Mockup tools (especially Figma)
- Fluent in SQL; experience with a NOSQL database design
- Significant experience supporting senior executives in a complex, fast paced, ever-changing environment
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy, attention to detail and proactive follow through
- The ability to anticipate and proactively support the needs of the executive and exercise judgment in prioritizing requests for their time
- Ability to influence, negotiate and build consensus with disparate parties
- Acumen to shape clear, compelling messaging
- Proven ability to drive complex projects forward, iterate, and adapt
- An agile problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Strong project management skills- know how to plan, execute, prioritize, set expectations, and collaborate
- BPMN, Technology experience
Primary Responsibilities
- Manages projects and milestones, reporting up and across the organization as needed.
- With the leadership team, create the mockups. Support the leadership to ensure the strategic vision is articulated and shared effectively.
- Understand and anticipate the key deliverables of the business operations, proactively planning and supporting those needs to ensure early, high-quality delivery of materials and required preparation.
- Develop executive communication and reporting
- Ensure that all of the project parts for our leadership team are managed in a single place, are updated on a weekly basis, and are aligned with the priorities of the company
- Support our leaders by providing accurate updates on projects and initiatives, including their results and challenges, on a weekly and ad-hoc basis
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
- Deliver effective communication and establish professional relationships with staff, external vendors, and customers.
- Organize and prepare presentations as needed
- 10-15% of time will be allocated to administrative support, including, but not limited to: take meeting minutes and assist in tracking action items from meetings when requested, assist with department on-boarding, etc.
- Act as a liaison for direct reports
