As a leading manufacturer in the packaging industry, we are accelerating our global expansion. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Export Sales Manager to spearhead our international sales operations and drive growth across global markets.

??? Key Responsibilities:
?Manage and execute overseas sales operations across our diverse product portfolio, including corrugated board, HORECA packaging, kraft paper bags, plastic, and aluminum packaging.
?Develop the existing customer portfolio while proactively identifying and acquiring new distributors and B2B clients.
?Conduct comprehensive market research and formulate entry strategies for target regions (Europe, Middle East, Africa, with a strategic focus on the UK market).
?Establish export sales budgets and targets, ensuring continuous performance tracking and reporting.
?Organize, attend, and represent the company at international trade fairs, client visits, and business development events.
?Understand customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide technically optimized packaging solutions (e.g., advising on appropriate paper combinations and structural integrity).
?Oversee the end-to-end quotation, pricing, and contract negotiation processes.
?Coordinate seamlessly with logistics, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
?? Qualifications & Requirements:
?Bachelor’s degree from a relevant academic discipline.
?Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years acting as an Export Sales Manager, preferably within the packaging (corrugated/flexible), FMCG, plastics, or aluminum sectors.
?Exceptional command of written and spoken English (a second language such as Arabic, French, etc., is a significant advantage).
?Proven expertise in international key account management and establishing extensive distributor networks. Experience negotiating with "Cash and Carry" businesses and major international retail chains is highly desirable.
?Familiarity with modern B2B digital sales platforms and digital order management processes.
?Outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
?No restrictions on international travel.
?Strong analytical, result-oriented, and leadership capabilities.
