Business Development Chief

• University degree in Science; Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering; Biology or other related fields
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, a second language is desirable
• Experience in Pharma Business Development in In licensing- Out licensing- Co-development with an at least 2-3 years of successful track record
• Experience in contract preparation and negotiation with third parties
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good level of excel, powerpoint and usage of databases
• Proactive, initiative taker, creative personality
• Excellent organization skills & time management
• Team management experience is preferable.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity

İŞ TANIMI

• Coordinate and follow up core Business Development activities
• Identify and pursue new product opportunities
• Developing strategic ideas or proposals that create value to DEVA Holding
• Create network by identifying potential strategic partners, presenting DEVA Holding to them, pursue possible business collaborations with them and take part in commercial & contractual negotiations in various business models.
• Coordinate periodic portfolio/pipeline review meetings for prioritization/re-prioritization, project go/no go decisions
• Leading national and international projects
• Undertake post-deal responsibilities till the dossier approval by related authority
