QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DEVA Holding, a leading Turkish generic pharmaceutical company under EastPharma is seeking for a Digital Communications Chief;

  • Minimum 5 years marketing/agency/consultative services experience (implementing and supporting) in digital as well as marketing related technologies
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA or Masters a plus
  • Experience in channel strategy and understanding of digital media and platforms; strong proficiency with digital technology landscape
  • Experience of building and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships – within teams, across the business, with senior leaders and external agencies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple, complex and time-sensitive projects through organization and prioritization
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written), preferably second language as German will be an asset
  • Competent in MS Office programmes 
  • Adapting to flexible working hours
  • Attention to detail, results driven
  • Planning and organization skills
  • No restriction of travel
  • No military obligation for male candidates


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To support the creation of digital channel communication plans in line with the specific needs of the business units and products.
  • To create and introduce different channels (digital, mobile, hybrid channels) and platforms (website, blog, mobile applications, etc.) in order to contribute to the promotion of the products to HCP’s.
  • To ensure the coordination and the flow of information between related departments (marketing, medical, legal and investor relations departments)
  • Work closely with external stakeholders (3rd party channel vendors) to communicate the strategy and ensure proper implementation
  • To lead and oversee the coordination of web sites and social media accounts
  • To monitor the effectiveness and performance of the digital channels
  • Be responsible for the management of digital investment budgets
