DEVA is seeking for a Marketing Communications Specialist;

• Graduates from related departments of Universities,
  
• Min. 3 years of experience in domestic and international congresses, symposiums, seminars,
  
• Very good command of English,
  
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office,
  
• Disciplined, follower, result oriented and teamworker,
  
• Strong communication skills,
  
• Strong grammar,
  
• Presentation skills are high,
  
• Ability to plan, organization and reporting,
  
• Ability to solve problems and manage crises,
  
• No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage the processes related to the projects carried out by providing communication with agencies and third parties,
  
• To take an active role in product-related launch and communication activities,
  
• To support the preparation of printed and promotional materials, promotional films and digital activities at the content and idea stage, to carry out operational processes,

• To carry out market researches within the scope of marketing communication strategy,

• To prepare appropriate presentations for the studies and projects carried out with internal and external stakeholders,

• To carry out the pre-event operation in the meetings, congresses and fairs organized, attended and sponsored by the company, as well as in-company events and organizations, and to ensure the coordination between the company and the suppliers for the activities to be carried out and to follow the purchasing processes,

• To ensure that all documents are archived and preserved in a complete manner,
  

• To follow the contract processes, to make the necessary controls and corrections, to ensure the completion of the contract signing processes by receiving the approvals and to share with the relevant units,
  

• To follow up the budget while marketing communication activities are being carried out,
  

• To follow all paying and billing processes,
• To ensure the development of marketing communication strategies by following the innovations in the sector.
