DEZEGA is a world designer and manufacturer of breathing equipment with a closed circuit. We produce breathing apparatus on chemically bound and compressed oxygen for mine rescue teams, for escape of miners and workers, for escape of civilians in case of fire and smoke. Nowadays DEZEGA products are being used in more than 50 countries. Over 500 thousand self-rescuers are guarding miners worldwide this very moment. Company is actively growing since 2016 in Aegean Free Gaziemir.

We are looking for a Junior Production Engineer to join our growing organization

The main responsibilities of a Junior Production Engineer are, to plan and managing the production team to produce all parts according to main Production Plan, to make analysis for all production losses, to lead continuous improvement and lean activities. 

Responsibilities:

• Follows the daily production plan and manages the team according to this plan.
• Follows the daily scrap report, performs an analysis and takes actions.
• Prepares the Rework Report for production, performs an analysis and takes actions.
• Prepares Efficiency Report and OEE Reports for critical machines, performs an analysis and takes actions.
• Finding a solution and/or alternative for the method and process improvements and draw/ design and apparatus if necessary

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or vocational school degree in Mechanical - Mechatronic 
• Fluency n MS Office applications
• Production and Lean Knowledge
• MS Office and Computer Knowledge
• ERP knowledge (SAP)
• Fluency in English and/or Russian Languages
