Intermodal Customer Service Specialist

Do you want to be a valued part of the critical infrastructure that serves communities across Europe and beyond? If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as Intermodal Customer Service Specialist.

 

About the role

Be part of the role movement – and play your part.

As Intermodal Customer Service Specialist, you will perform all operational tasks related to this position. You will have daily contact with customers to achieve best possible result. You will to the registration of relevant invoices and follow them.


Key Skills & Competencies Required:


• Supporting daily operation
• Solving daily problems
• Following all intermodal invoices
• Doing relevant registrations via train operators’ system

The ideal person for this position will have following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of business experience, preferable in transportation or logistics
• Quick learner
• Problem solving mindset/ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Good interpersonal skills/team player
• Good communication skills in English
• Good numeracy skills and accuracy
• Drive and enthusiasm
