QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Account Manager

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or related degree required, Master degree preferred,
  • 5+ years preferably experienced in financial industries, bank, fintech, key account &strategic partnership,
  • Strong track record of success in managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply,
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint),
  • Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels,
  • Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education,
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead merchant acquisition by identifying leads, building a sales pipeline and executing on the leads via face to face meetings and sales calls with potential merchants,
  • Own accounts, fertilize and build relations with merchants,
  • Perform proactive management and education of all accounts in the portfolio,
  • Design and execute various co-marketing campaigns with merchants,
  • Assist the product management and marketing team in creating sales pitch materials as well as marketing materials, including press releases, website content and content for social media channels,
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all operational and risk related issues,
  • Create upsell and cross-sell strategies and execute them while consulting merchants on how to improve their businesses,
  • Assist in driving our product strategy by identifying, understanding and analysing requirements from a business and customer/user perspective,
  • Help the operations and risk team in managing merchant risks,
  • Participate in industry trade events and other marketing initiatives.

More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
