DHL Express

• Degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline (Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture background will be a plus) or project management. A related educational discipline could be considered
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• A minimum of 1-2 years in managing medium sized projects
• Prince II project management or PMP trained
• Very good mathematical and/or statistical ability ensuring complex data analysis
• In depth knowledge of express / transport operations processes
• Well-developed project/process management, prioritising and analytical skills with strong business acumen
• Proven ability in report writing, Powerpoint presentation and ability to prepare analytical reports highlighting and interpreting key business information
• Highly motivated, using initiative and acting as a team member in accordance with DHL guidelines
• Ability to be flexible to the DHL operating and financial environment
• Ability to be diplomatic, tactful, patient and sensitive to cultural differences
• Excellent managerial and leadership skills
• Good communication skills in the areas of presentation, negotiating and influencing

İŞ TANIMI

• Support the Project Managers (PM) of all sized infrastructure projects with the support of the Program Management Office (PMO) Manager and work with Project Managers and PMO office for each project to ensure consistency of Prince II application, reporting and achievement of project KPIs
• With the PMO Manager, ensure the definition of clear and complete business requirements by the PMs including driving change control, PID, SID and other project controls to ensure BCA requirements are met, and or exceeded
• Ensure that PMs are leading and managing the development of people and processes that meet Steering Board and Prince II requirements. This will include multiple work-streams and projects.
• Coordinate, in conjunction with the PM for the development and implementation of creative PMO process that drive results: Budget, Schedule, Scope Conduct/facilitate (where necessary) Prince II process and reporting audits and reviews to assess the success/progress of the projects
• Direct, validate and ensure the routine reporting on programs in progress (via regular reports or the DHL I-Share sites) to ensure program documentation, history, a learning and information sharing environment so that programs, services, solutions and particularly best demonstrated business practices, can be shared and reused across the regions
• Interface with External Customers (consultants and DHL customers) where required for the achievement of objectives of the program or project
• Implement a Project Delivery culture of quality, on-time, service excellence (for internal customers), with flexibility and cost consciousness
• Work as a team member showing team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team
• Ensure the environment is created for proper planning, organization and leading an efficient and effective projects
