QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

·       IZM AFR P&L and GP growth

·      Manages AFR Team in Izmir by coaching, developing, training and making performance review, setting up personal targets  and providing frequent feedback to the staff  

·       Takes measures to optimize GP

·      Contributes to DTD profitability by analyzing GPS reports and take needed actions

·       Being responsible for proper file accounting in line with defined financial processes by ensuring accurate billing to the customers including efforts to maximize profitability

·      Export : Responsible for KPIs of shipment creation, OTC check, shipment consolidation, airline booking, booking information to shipper and DGF Destination office, accrual&WIP creation timeliness and completeness, transport booking creation, gateway assign Z17 milestone , carrier dimension and weight measurement information to shipper&shipper's customs broker, billing milestone, AWB creation into CW1 and Z48 milestones.

·      Import : Responsible for KPIs of import file acceptance, OTC check, booking & shipment status information to consignee, accrual & WIP creation timeliness and completeness, billing milestone.

·      Ensures KPIs of Sick Files, Unbilled overdue files, revenue leakage, Auto-Rating and Auto-Costing including individual global/local regulations 

·      Supports all efforts to grow business including defined farming accounts and also new customers,has customer visits

·       Acts as prior contact for operational requirements of all stakeholders

·       Close collaboration with PCM for carrier evaluation

·       Liaises directly with airlines for ad-hoc quotations   

·       Set up and measures team targets and supports of AFR’s PD-Performance Dialogue

·       Drives achievement of team KPIs-Drives Employee Engagement – EOS 

·       Mın 5 years experience in AFR operations

·       Bachelor's degree

·       Fluent both in written and spoken English

·       Effective communication skills, coordination, organization, problem solving skills

·       Ability to take responsibility and use initiative
