QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- To arrange end to end outbound FCL operations. Sends offer, collects booking confirmation and provides information flow among all stakeholders including invoicing with:
- Minimizing sick files
- Timestamps Completeness & Timeliness
- To take GP responsibility on file basis.
- Use auto rate and costing
- Correct GP
- Follow up Demurrage on time
- To analyze customer’s needs and expectations and offer suitable solutions.
- To keep customer satisfaction at highest level.
- Works in line with SOP’s and COP’s prepared for related customer
- To take commercial responsibility for assigned customers by:
- Send Quotations using by Quote shop
- Churn Follow up
- Up & Cross Selling
- Customer Visits
- Call existing customers and follow up
- Interacts with OCC & PCM, Finance, Sales and other related cross function when required.
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 year experience on ocean freight operations
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Good use of Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication, coordination and organization skills.
- Customer focused, excellent team player.
- Rigorous, careful and solution focused
- No military service obligation for male candidates
