Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Railway operations
• Extensive knowledge of the Railway transportation
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Strong analytical skills and good people management and coordination skills
• Strong problem – solving mentality
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of operations
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office programs.
• No military service obligation.

Job Description:

• Developing rail freight and intermodal activities in Turkey
• Responsible for sales, execution and coordination of Rail & ıntermodal operations within the organization
• Developing relationships with Rail and Intermodal operators
• Negotiating and bargaining transportation prices
• Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints
• Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives
• Analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services.
• Interacts with Finance, Sales and other related cross function when required
