ISC Specialist

         Job Description

•           Coordinates and follows up of our contracted customers' shipments day to day operations with respective origins, destinations and customer from order to delivery.

•           Informs our customers about DHL systems and operations

•           Gives vendor education for system usage

•           Ensures all work is performed according to approved procedures, standards, and specifications for operations

•           Ensures complete coordination and information flow between all relevant parties like DGF origin offices, vendors, customer, GSC and ISC destination

•           Ensure that all threats, pitfalls and risks are avoided, and if any envisaged or seen, solve or escalate them to the ISC Control Tower Manager

•           Ensures accurate and on time billing to related parties

•           Process improvement by adapting Infor nexus developments to customers by coordinating with Performance Management Analyst & ISC Team Leader

•           Provides necessary feed-back to relevant parties (customer, origins, DHL involved Business Units) for better operation flow.

         General Qualifications

•           Minimum of 3 years' experience in export operations within a supply chain environment

•           Should possess a university degree

•           Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English

•           Strong team player and self-motivation

•           General computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Infor nexus is preferable

•           Outstanding customer service skills and spirit & experience in managing customer relations

•           Must be flexible for working hours

•           Military Service completed for Male candidates
