IT Application Specialist

Qualifications: 

• Graduated from Computer Engineering or related field.
• Eager to learn, dynamic and good team player
• Understanding and strong interest in IT processes
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English is must.
• Having experience in WMS/TMS is a plus.
• Project Management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS PowerBI application is a strong asset.
• MS Sharepoint, Oracle PL/SQL is an asset.
• Knowledge of  MS SQL SSIS, SSRS is a strong asset
• Having experience in Net/C# is optional

Job Description:

• Coordination and execution of daily IT activity and IT implementation activity within business area and ongoing support
• Provide 1st line support and be responsible for the day to day running of the IT applications and infrastructure for the operations   
• Delivery of customer and business unit IT requirements in line with DHL IT policies and procedures.
• Ensuring engagement of customer, business resources & delivery of results. 
• Daily IT activity and active execution of IT implementation activity including a hands on approach.
•  To be actively involved in continuous improvement for the Business Unit
• Working closely with the Customer, BU, BU IT, ISM, SCS and service desks within EMEA 
• Managing the performance of the IT systems including TMS, EDI against SLA or OLA. 
• Manage change requests through user requirements, specification, cost approval, development, testing documentation updates and implementation
• Active participation in program enhancement solutions through to design and implementation by working proactively with the Business Unit
