Qualifications

•        University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering

•       Good analytical and numerical skills

•       Good command of Microsoft Office programs

•       Excellent organisational skills

•        Ability to build relationships and work well as part of a team

•       English level min upper intermediate

Job Description

•          Improve the operational efficiency by data analyzing and actions

           follow up with related parties

•         Managing the POD follow-up process with the operations team

•         Reporting the Revenue Recognition at the end of the month

•         Carrier Onboarding process

•         New planners OTM and process onboarding

•         Onboarding of DC Coordinators

•         Creating/updating the Operational documentation for the new or ongoing processes

•         Following the daily KPI’s to define the reasons of inconsistencies.

•         UAT- User Acceptance Tests

•         Data Anaylsis & Operational Reporting
