QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DHL Supply Chain is providing supply chain management and consulting like warehousing, distribution, managed transportation services and value added services in consumer, retail, life science & healthcare, technology, engineering & manufacturing and automotive sectors. We are active in more than 60 countries and territories, employing around 120,000 people. DHL Supply Chain located in 2400 locations all over the world and manages approx. 23 million m2 storage area.
DHL Supply Chain Turkey started its operations in 2000 providing warehousing, distribution, labeling, packaging, technical services, home delivery, spare parts logistics and reverse logistics services. DHL Supply Chain Turkey serving leading companies in consumer, retail, healthcare, automotive, engineering & manufacturing and technology sectors with more than 2000 employees in 370 thousand m2 warehousing space.
Qualifications
* University graduate from related departments i.e., Economy, BA, Labor Economy and Industrial Relations,
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources, especially in blue collar management processes,
* Strong knowledge of the Turkish Labor Law and applications,
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English,
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially in PowerPoint and Excel,
* Competency in planning, time management, data analysis,
* Strong in people relations and communication,
* Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy,
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic work-environment,
* Willing to work on warehouse,
* Strong presentation and reporting skills.
Job Description
* Performing recruitment process for white/blue collars employees in line,
* Having active role in all ongoing and developing HR projects as performance management, engagement and discipline prosses,
* Preparing the required reports related to HR topics,
* Provide support and guidance to operations and functions about HR processes,
* Maintain HR data sources, design and run HR reports, work on trends,
* Work closely with the leadership team and employees to improve work relationships, increase motivation, and increase engagement.
