DHL Supply Chain Turkey serving leading companies in consumer, retail, healthcare, automotive, engineering & manufacturing and technology sectors with more than 2000 employees in 370 thousand m2 warehousing space.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree in related fields

•Customer management experience

•Understanding of business structures, influences, and requirements of customers

•Experience in the international business environment and Knowledge about sector customer trends & expectations

•Ability to work and manage with SD  and BD  projects,  good understanding of budget optimization

•Is committed and customer/service-oriented;  has a positive, can-do attitude; is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and difficult consumers; is highly adaptable to change.

•Advanced level in both written and spoken English

•Communication skills are a major requirement of this position. The KAM should be able to consistently address those consumer concerns while offering clear, concise, and understandable responses to their prompts. Should provide outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal form.

•Ability to manage, organize and lead LSHC Customer QBR & BMR meetings and presentations.

Job Description:

•Assuring that operational KPIs are followed by all customers.

•Maintaining knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, discount and pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses, to determine best LSHC service and motivate key accounts to stay with the business, provide regular feedback to BUD.

•Managing Customer Renewals, 

•Preparing quarterly/monthly business review presentations and lead customer meetings

•Maintaining and expanding relationships with clients

•Implementing strategies that lead to high consumer satisfaction, hence, building awareness and credibility with the key clients. Taking part in the strategic account planning process in which departmental financial targets, performance objectives, account management standards, and critical milestones over specific periods are decided upon.

•Responsible for the achievement of LSHC annual budget and is assigned key objectives/metrics relevant to key accounts.

•Assuring that no critical observation points are received from global and local inspections

•Ability to understand and follow EMA and Turkish Ministry of Health regulations of cGMP/GDP  activities

•Following  customer Deviations, Customer Complaints, Corrective/Preventive Actions
