Reporting Specialist

Qualifications:

•       Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineeringand/or similar sciences,

•       Having minimum2 years of experience,

•       Strong operational background in supply chain industry,

•       Fluency in both written and spoken English,

•       Having strong communicative skills,

•       Being result oriented and analytical minded,

•       Knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI,

•       Being familiar with reporting systems (i.e. LOGICS )

•       Enthusiasm to work with data.

Job Description:

•       Controlling monthly (Business Metrics, GoGreen, Scope 3) and annual (OPP) reports of operations. Also reporting them to EMEA Region.

•       Improving data accuracy, finding projects to improve data accuracy.

•       Being a super user of report system (LOGICS) in Turkey.

•       Making Carbon Emission analysis and work with transportation department to find projects to reduce carbon emission.

•       Making PowerBI dashboards to analyze the KPIs.

•       Work close with every function of OPEX Department (SHEQ, OMS FC, Security), support them in Power BI dahsboards.

•       Giving LOGICS/OPM/DPM trainings to new employees.

•       Work close with every function of OPEX Department and support them in subjects related to LOGICS.

•       Being a contact person for Turkey’s Performance Management and work close with regional Performance Management team.

•       Making workshops/training sessions to explain the importance of data accuracy to employees.

•       Supporting OMS FC implementations and continuous improvement projects.
