GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Qualifications:

Fluent in French both verbal and writing is a must,

At least 1 year experience Logistics or Supply Chain

Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues,

Microsoft Office Programs knowledge,

High customer focus and teamwork spirit, 

Analytical and problem solving oriented,

Systematic and regular work discipline, strong ability to follow,

Strong communication skills,

Customer-oriented, capable of taking initiative when necessary

Job Description:

Coordinating the loading plan with the DC based on availabilities and prioritization the loading.

Align live load collection times to carrier and update OTM proactively locally (vehicle/driver details, loading detailsetc)

Align with DC that all planned collections will be ready on time and take proactive actions to prevent issues, provide root causes for operational issues related to the DC, carrier, customer etc.

Identify the gaps in the planning and carrier management process and support developments

Tracking truck arrivals to DC in real time and take necessary actions if any issue may trigger the delay or not arriving trucks

Finding trucks from alternative carriers

Following the DC is updating the necessary information in TMS system (collection milestones, gatehouse arrival, gatehouse departure, loaded pallet footprint)

Following the daily tasks for the carriers and DC, to ensure each process has been completed on time and correctly

Supporting the developments to identify the root cause of the problems and correction (ex: pallet discrepancies)

Day to Day carrier management to ensure planned schedule will go as planned or arrange an alternative solution in Support and coordinate the daily activities at customer's DC & carrier base with the TMS to ensure on time loading and collection from the DC

Supports returns and refusals process from customers to DC

Building and managing the relationship with Customer's Local Contacts; DC Team and Customer Service Team
