Qualifications:

• Minimum Upper Intermediate level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken
• At least 1 year experience Logistics or Supply Chain
• Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues,
• Microsoft Office Programs knowledge,
• High customer focus and teamwork spirit,
• Analytical and problem solving oriented,
• Systematic and regular work discipline, strong ability to follow,
• Strong communication skills, 
• Customer-oriented, capable of taking initiative when necessary

Job Description:

• Planning the order in given time window to prevent any delay on delivery
• Ensuring an efficient and proactive communication with related parties
• Contacting the final customer to request a booking for delivery if needed.
• Following the delivery process
• Communicate with customers in order to solve issues about deliveries
• Defining and contributing to increase operational performance by generating/implementing projects, ideas and solution 
• Maintain OTM updated with the latest operational data and costs.
• Supports returns and refusals process from customers to DC
• Building and managing the relationship with Customer's Local Contacts; DC Team and Customer Service Team
