QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree preferably in related fields such as Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics etc.
• Excellent command of English; both in written and verbal
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Very good level of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Analytical thinking ability with strong numerical, planning and organizational skills
• Comfortable in communicating with diverse individuals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure adherence to Global Order to Cash guidelines and procedures
• Within in continues improvement mindset using all First Choice Tools (DMAIC projects etc) 
• Calculate all monthly incentives for Financial Query Handling and Credit Control as an independent unit.
• Actively conduct trainings and develop Learning and Development programmes in order to meet participants’ current and future development needs in AR Team
• Participate in special projects, system implementation and enhancements or ad hoc financial projects as assigned
• Provide different aspects to Local management for risk mitigation and efficiency.
• Support all Credit Control team with relevant adhoc data and reports in order to increase Cash inflow.
•  Maintain all financial data in Financial Systems in order to ensure full compliance to GSOP.
• Provide all standard and adhoc reports / data to EU Regional  Order to Cash team.
• Support local management via managing, validating, interpreting data and reports.
• Preparing necessary  Order to Cash related reports within agreed timescales to local management
• Provide data and necessary documentation for all Tax and IFRS audits within OTC Scope, support Credit Control Manager and Query Handling&Duty Finance Manager in all aspects
