QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The Job
- Manage DHL Express Field Sales business in related area
- Apply strategic planning to achieve profitable growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Monitor the Area’s KPI’s and take the necessary actions in order to increase the revenue & shipments and profitability
- Responsible for development of his/her team by coaching sessions
- Spend 75% of his/her time in field and perform coaching visits, Territory Planning Sessions on monthly bases
- Closely monitor competitive activities in field and develop strategies accordingly
- Ensuring the area’s financial target is achieved
The Person
- University degree
- Good command in English
- Minimum 2 years of sales team management experience
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills
- Professional and clear communication skills
- Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations
- Proven objection handling, prospecting and negotiation skills
- B class driving licence
