QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The Job:

• To train, develop and manage a group of frontline advisors

• To drive the achievement of targets for all service levels, cost management, customer satisfaction and report all these

• To ensure customer satisfaction is delivered by driving internal communication on issues relating to the team

• Being active in the project teams or manage when needed. Being in contact with other departments and develop communication and business

• To make daily & monthly meetings in order to keep team highly motivated and reach to targets. Develop, lead, motivate and coach team members to ensure maximum performance

• To maximize team performance and productivity by fully utilizing systems and reports

• To handle complaints (from both staff and customers)

• To take part in hiring new team members in accordance with HR


The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

• Team management experience is a must

• Responsible attitude

• Ability to make decisions under pressure

• Ability to lead and motivate others

• Strong communication skills

• Problem solving attitude

• Team worker

More than 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
