We are looking for Export Sales&Marketing Assistant to be employed in our Gebze, Kocaeli factory.

Qualifications;

• Preferably graduated from Chemistry, Biology or Business Administration 

• Advanced level of English is a must

• Foreign correspondence experience is additional plus

• Preferably experienced in Export Sales&Marketing process

• Strong written and verbal communication, good representation skills, dynamic and patient

• Ability to organize working tasks and work independently.

• To be able to organize customer visits and accommodation

• Military service should be completed for male candidates

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Residing in the Anatolian side of Istanbul or in the Kocaeli / Gebze region

Job Description;

• To implement, follow up and report all the export sales and marketing processes

• Processing customer orders into the ERP system and coordinating the delivery dates with planning department

• Follow-up all planned export orders and their shipment organization processes by operations team.

• Control for all necessary information (price, production method, quantity, etc.) for the orders received 

• Prepare the proforma invoice after dedicating the estimate delivery date by planning department and inform to customer with the approval of the Export Manager.

• To prepare a weekly report for all shipments delivery date confirmation

• Proactive approach to foresee needs and define problems
