·       Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; Master degree is an additional asset,

·       Experience in developing ETL applications utilizing

·       Being familiar with ETL tools (like Informatica, Datastage, ODI) is a plus

·       Demonstrated experience and expertise communicating with stakeholders in   management level

·       Data Warehouse knowledge is critical,

·       Taking judgement on DWH&BI investments and recommendation to local leadership     team

·       Ability to manage a variety of cross-organizational projects working closely with broad range of internal and external teams,

·       2+ years experience in similar position

·       Effective communication and good presentation skills,

·       Project management skills,

·       Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills,

·       Excellent command of English.

Job Description

·       Evaluate and prioritize data management projects based on business needs

·       Designs a common structure which could serve for the analytics demand from multiple business units

·       Leads end to end delivery of technical projects including architecture, solution design

·       Performs data architecture and engineering decision-making to support analytics

·       Creates and manages data models ensuring that data modeling guidelines are followed

·       Identifies data assets that are significant to the enterprise as determined by the decision impact, business impact, or risk mitigation

·       Facilitate cross-functional issue resolution of data governance requirements managing both business and technology resources

·       Establish and enforce data standards and policies

·       Management, coordination and following of project portfolio,

·       Generalization of process development and improvement methodologies within company,

·       Coaching and mentoring to relevant teams about project and process development.
