IDEAL PROFILE:

• Graduates from related departments of universities (Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering Faculty etc.),

• Have product/service/market/industry knowledge,

• Good command of English,

• Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) programs well,

• Having reporting and analysis skills,

• Customer-oriented thinking

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Managing all operational process design and improvement activities for the company,

• Management of all business and technical projects/programs of all operational units (Sales & Customer Operations & Marketing...),

• Leading all customer experience measurement, design, improvement and governance efforts to deliver a flawless customer experience to relevant customers at all consumer, corporate and fixed business touchpoints,

• Design and optimization of customer experience and measurement frameworks (Net Promoter Score - NPS),

• Establishing the necessary customer experience management mechanisms and ensuring the proper execution and active participation of all stakeholders,

• Managing cross-functional programs to deliver business benefits (Call Reduction, FOC, AHT Reduction, First Time Correction (FCR), etc.),

• Define the Customer Journey and Experience (For Customer-facing channels),

• Finding improvement areas and managing different projects to improve operational KPIs (AHT, FCR, FoC, etc.),

• To ensure that the customer experience is defined for all products to be released,

• Coordinating and managing flawless communication between Customer Operations and other departments,

• To coordinate the User Acceptance Test and Training of the CRM application.
