QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or other related departments of the universities
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product management, CRM or related roles
• Good command of English
  
• Knowledge of using MS Office programs, Google Analytics, SAP Business Objects
• Strong problem solving, analytical thinking and reporting skills
  
• Strong presentation skills
  
• Strong reporting skills
  
• Knowledge in campaign management
  
• Good knowledge on Pay TV or OTT environment
  
  

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and perform communication, campaign actions to increase the number of beIN CONNECT members
• Monitor, report and analyze the performance metrics of the actions taken via Google Analytics, SAP Business Objects etc.
• Segment customers and analyze movements of segments
• Develop comprehensive information about beIN CONNECT goals and users
• Follow the developments in the market, analyze their needs and wishes and develop innovative ways that enable differentiation in the market
• Execute strategic plans by working closely with Digital, Marcomm, CC, Technology, etc. teams to reach growth targets
  
• Create AB Test scenarios, track funnel performance
• Managing base revenue and churn management
  
• Managing campaign and offer design and management
  
• Analizing customer analytics (for upsell/cross sell, post analysis)
• Designing and execution of shopping experience
