DIGITURK

• University degree from related department
• Minimum 7 years experience in the development of new products in Telecom and Media sector
• Deep experience in satellite, broadcasting and digital technologies
• Advance level of English
• Proficiency in MS Office programmes
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Military service should be completed for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Increase and promote the penetration of value added services (4K and PVR) on existing customer base
• Determine the annual budget, campaigns and growth strategies of these services, the formation of revenue and expenditure budgets and follow-up during the year
• Realize the growth strategies and campaigns along with call centers and sales teams and tracking the products performance
• Monitor and take actions to prevent churn from services
• Prepare financial pre and post analysis of the created campaigns, new products etc actions.
• Plan and monitor ATL & BTL communication campaigns for related services
• Managing 3rd party engagements in order to increase awareness and penetration of related services and devices
• Determination of strategies and working with technology teams to develop new services, devices and associated viewing technology solutions
• Following the market research results and performance of the services and related devices in charge, directing the Digiturk’s value added service and device strategy, enhancing the customer experience
• Remain competitive in the market and to constantly develop innovative suggestions, closely follow the strategies of global trends and competition monitoring technologies
• Monitoring and improving the customer’s satisfaction and the performance of value added services and products that are responsible
• Development and improvement of products, interface, user experience and performance with the technological teams
