-be fully-aware of working with adults,
-have a command of recent English and Technology,
-have a teaching certificate(TEFL,CELTA,TESOL etc.) or degree on English or related fields,
-be highly communicative,
-be well-organised for the lessons;
-be open to improve,
-be responsible.
