An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Digital Marketing Team. As the Digital Media Specialist, you will be leading projects from day one with strong support and coaching from senior members of the team. We have strong ambitions for our brand and therefore we want to recruit the best! Together we will create new and exciting products and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields. Master degree is a plus.
• At least 1 or 2 years of experience in Digital Media management, operation and planning.
• Advanced level of written and spoken English,
• Excellence at MS office tools is a must, especially Excel and PowerPoint etc.
• Experience or a working knowladge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, Programmatic, Remarketing, Twitter, Tiktok platforms.
• Use of Somera, Boomsocial, Similarweb, Gemius interfaces is a plus.
• Able to do market research and have knowledge of relevant tools
• Having detailed reporting skills and using the relevant reporting and communication tools,
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Solution-focused to help the internal teams deliver their marketing campaigns effectively (problem solving and decision making skills)
• High level of energy and self-motivation with an inspiring personality, passion for paid media.
• The ability to successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carrying out operations such as preparing the Digital Media plan, creating strategies within the KPIs and plans,
• Use of relevant tools and panels, organizing their purchases, within the scope of the Digital Media plan, budget management,
• Execution of target audience creation and optimization, creating a channel-based strategy,
• Organising and managing the media schedule, reporting and analysing results to shape campaigns
• Create and maintain flowcharts, media plans, report formats, maintenance of budgets and present internal teams as well as directors
• Analyze researchs and create media recommendations with multiple inputs including media mix, competition, market dynamics, analytics and brand studies
• Competitive and market analysis, continuous monitoring of the sector and trends.
