Management Information Systems Specialist

As Dinamik Teknoloji, we are looking for a “Management Information Systems Specialist”for our newly formed software team, which is located in Gebze Teknopark. You will be working on our biggest automotive aftermarket B2B systems renewal project in Turkey, especially the global B2B project.

We work in agile teams and in this role, you will be a part of our frontend and backend team. You will work very closely with UI / UX Design and Backend teams with the goal of building components and implementing features.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the coordination of the project stakeholders,
• Organizing project meetings,
• Preparing meeting minutes and sharing them with project stakeholders,
• Creating the documentation of the projects,
• Creating and following the business plans of the projects,
• Storing all the information of the projects and archiving the documents,
• Creating the quality system documentation,
• Presenting reports of all projects carried out to the management.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Computer Engineering or MIS departments of universities,
• At least 2 years of work experience in the field,
• Knowledge of IT Management (MIS) and worked in related projects,
• Having IT Management (MIS) certificates,
• Having knowledge about TUBITAK Projects,
• Analytical thinking and planning skills,
• Proficiency in using Office programs,
• Good knowledge of speaking, writing and reading in English,
• Strong direction of planned-programmed work and effective time management,
• Strong communicator and prone to teamwork,
• Completion of the military service for male candidates.
