REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Materials Engineering or similar/other relevant education

· Preferably experienced in the Automotive industry, IATF 16949 and core tools experience – SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP would be considered as an advantage

· Welding experience or Welding Engineer certificate would be an asset

· Minimum 3 years experience in required qualifications

· Able to prepare weld maps and follow up on the production area

· Good Knowledge of MS Office applications

· Advanced level of English

· Highly motivated, strong team player, good communication skills with analytical thinking and continuous improvement mindset

· Completed military service for male candidates

· Can reside in Çorlu, Çerkezköy or Saray

RESPONSIBILITIES 

· To identify and optimize welding parameters in manual and robotic welding processes during the commissioning of new products

· To take an active role in the solution of quality complaints (to find root cause, 5M analysis and to take permanent measures, etc.)

· To play an active role in the design and commissioning of mechanical designs suitable for product geometry

· To ensure that welding related tasks are carried out according to standards and customer specifications

· Identify training needs related to welding and provide necessary support

· Preparing project welding procedures and required documents

· Maintaining welded manufacturing applications in accordance with customer specifications and international ASME and EN standards
