Purchasing Specialist

 We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Purchasing professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of service and provide creative solutions to our customers. Also will be responsible for ensuring that a business is able to acquire needed supplies, materials and other relevant items, following a strict budget and keeping records of all the transactions.

• BSc. Engineering , Business Administration degree or Graduated from Mathematics – Statistics departments 
• Minimum 3 years proven experience as purchaser 
• Excellent knowledge of purchasing methods, procedures, and specifications preparation; methods and techniques utilized in analyzing the quality of services, supplies, and equipment; sources of purchasing information 
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs and ERP systems
• Good at math and statistics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills
• Preferably have work experience in metal or automotive industry
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken 
• No military obligation for male candidates 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing new supplier investigations and performance evaluations of existing suppliers in line with needs
• Run the tenders and taking an active role in the decision making
• Drive the selection of suppliers in collaboration with a cross-functional teams
• Ensuring all documentation and contracting on time and in line with purchasing procedures • Preparing periodic Procurement reports
• Detailed analysis of purchasing costs
• Ensuring that procurement activities are carried out at reasonable cost, quality and time Supply of IPO , spare parts, investment, equipment and service materials within budget and minimum cost
• Preparing the all purchasing documents for audits of quality systems such as ISO 9001 , IATF 16949 and so on.
