Quality Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Managing mass production quality activities, leading problem solving activities for issues detected at in-process, final Inspection, supplier and customer,

• Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly quality reports, attendance of quality related activity meetings,

• Participation at project quality activities as a support member,

• Regular monitoring of customer satisfaction metrics, PPM figures, 

REQUIREMENTS;

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical, Industrial or Metallurgical Engineering,

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience specifically in quality in the automotive industry,

• Advanced command of English both written & spoken,

• Knowledge of core tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP is required,

• Experienced in IATF 16949, Product & Process Auditing, Core Tools Application, Relationship with OEM Quality contacts,

• Ensure every customer complaint are responded to within the customer specified timeframe,

• Determining root cause of manufacturing, supplier problems and implementing timely, effective, and efficient quality resolutions,

• Coordinates the schedules for measurement system checks, calibrations, and other checking procedures,

• Good command of technical drawing and their relation to international standards as well as internal specifications,

• Good knowledge about problem solving methods for preparation of 8D report (Fish bone, 5 Why etc.),

• Dynamic, team player and having good communication skills, leadership to direct blue color employees,

• Interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others,

• Experience within Welding Production environment is an asset,

• CMM, Faro 3D measurement knowledge is an asset,

• No military obligation for male candidates,

• No restriction for travelling (B Class driving license is required),

• Living or able to live in Çerkezköy or Çorlu.
