QUALIFICATION AND JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical, Metallurgical or Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience specifically in quality in the automotive industry and experience of dealing with customers and suppliers,
• Advanced command of English both written & spoken,
• Deep knowledge about automotive quality standards; IATF 16949, Core tools ( APQP and Control Plan, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA ), VDA 6.3 Process Auditing
• Follow up, submit and control of PPAP documents ( IMDS knowledge is an asset)
• Managing the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), managing and coordinating customer PPM, customer problem solving on time,
• Knowledge of Problem-Solving Techniques (Ishikawa, 5Why, A3 etc.)
• Dynamic, team player and having good communication skills,
• Interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others,
• Experience within Welding Production environment and CMM, Faro 3D measurement knowledge is an asset,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• No restriction for travelling (B Class driving license is required),
• Living or able to live in Çerkezköy or Çorlu.
