QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Divan İstanbul Hotel is looking for the “Executive Sous Chef” with the qualifications as follows;
- Minimum two years experience in a similar position,
- Previous A La Carte Restaurant operation experience,
- Creativity and passion to produce innovative dishes and enhance overall dining experience in the hotel restaurants,
- Ability to keep up with industry trends,
- Good level of English,
- Ability to focus attention on details and be able to organize, prioritize and follow up,
- Strong knowledge about sanitation and hygiene standards,
- Strong supervisory skills,
- Strong problem solving skills,
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
Preferred Candidate
Bachelor’s(Graduate)
Exempt, Completed
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
